A bit of history.......
Kary Hill House is a beautiful example of an early Arts and Crafts House designed and built for the famous watercolourist Richard Douglas Perceval (1858-1944), or 'Ooloo', as he signed his works.
Eight of his paintings are currently on display in Down County Museum.
The house was later converted to flats by the Housing Executive in 1973 before becoming available for private sale in the 80's.
